Just don't ask, please.
So I drew these today. Please don't ask me why. It just came up at lunch, and I had to get these things out of my head so I could get back to work. That's all. Please don't read anything into it, is all I'm asking.
Hi! I know, commenting on a six year old blog post, not likely to get a response, but I couldn't find a more legitimate way of contacting you for a request just this side of frippery.
I love your doodle of Niteowl, and would like to use it as my profile pic on my tumblr account.
God, I know, ok , the OTHER side of frippery. If I get no response I'll just take it as a firm 'no'. Cheers!
I don't have any problem with you using the drawing as a tumblr icon, as long as it's not being used for any commercial purpose, and it's credited properly. I obviously don't own Nite Owl, though, so if DC comes calling and asks you to take it down, having my permission won't help you any.
